Personal Information

We collect your contact information when you transmit information via our Websites, our Services or by email, including when you register for our Services. Specifically, we may collect and store your name, address, phone numbers, email address, YOUin3D.com customer name under whose account you are using the Services, and any other information you provide to us. However, such information will be treated in confidence, as provided in this Privacy Policy.

We may use this information to reply to any specific requests or for further contact. If applicable, we may also use this information to confirm you are an authorized employee or Services user of a YOUin3D.com customer and to establish, manage and administer your customer or user account. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your use of our Websites or Services or to your account, such as Service announcements, Newsletters, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Website and Service Usage Information

Our Websites collect and store information that is generated automatically as you navigate through the Websites and the Services. This aggregate information is collected site-wide, and includes anonymous website statistics. In addition, when you browse our Website, our system automatically collects information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language, domain names, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of these page views, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. When a customer uses our Services, records of customer data will be made and stored. This includes, but is not limited to: uploaded media, meeting transcripts, journal notes, comments, personal profile data, brainstorm data, action items and status and usage tracking of our Website and space in virtual worlds, e.g. Second Life. Such record will be considered part of the Customer Content as defined in the applicable Services terms.

WHEN YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED OR DISCLOSED

Please also remember that your use of our Services, including conversations you may have and actions you may take while in our Services, may be viewed, observed or heard by other users of the same YOUin3D.com customer. Additionally, if you are an authorized user of a YOUin3D.com customer, we may share information about you and your use of our Websites and Services with the customer.

Further, if you are register for Second Life on berlinin3d.com at http://www.berlinin3d.com/en/slaccount/, certain of your registration information (including avatar name, birth date, password and email address) will be provided to Linden Research, Inc. (“Linden Lab”) for use in creating your account in Second Life. Linden Lab’s use of such information is governed by the Second Life Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service for Second Life at http://secondlife.com/corporate/privacy.php.

We may provide aggregate data, such as the number of users who have visited our Websites or used our Services and the domains from which they visit our Websites or Services, to other parties.

We will comply with subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes for any of the information about you in our possession, and we may use such information to establish or exercise our legal rights, or to defend against legal claims. We reserve the right to disclose information about you, including data on which pages you have visited, to third parties if we feel it is necessary to protect our systems, Websites, Services, business, users or others.

Information about you in our possession may also be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets or transition of service to another provider, as well as in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which your personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company.
